Chainge respects your privacy and treats data minimally. This page tells you what we collect, why, and what your rights are. If anything here is unclear, email mail@nielslangereis.com and we'll explain.
What we collect
If you submit the email form on this site, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't track you across the web, we don't set marketing cookies, and we don't run any third-party tracking scripts on this page.
We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and GDPR-compliant. It tells us how many visitors land on the page and which countries they're coming from, in aggregate. No individual visitor is identified. No data is shared with advertisers.
What we do with your email
We use it to send you updates about Chainge: progress, briefings when they exist, the occasional product announcement. Roughly once a month, often less.
We don't share your email with third parties. We don't sell mailing lists. We don't pass it to advertisers, brokers, or partners. Your email sits in Netlify Forms (the form provider for this site) and an email-sending tool we use to deliver updates.
How long we keep it
For as long as you want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe, we remove your email from active sending and keep a minimal suppression record so we don't accidentally re-add you later.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and as a matter of decency), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of what we hold on you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Have your data deleted
- Withdraw consent for any further processing

This site does not set cookies of any kind. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. If we add anything in future that uses cookies, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent first.
